licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council, dated the
24th day of April 1961, and published in the Gazette, on the
4th day of May 1961, at page 640, authorising Margaret Ann
Lodge, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

15th day of July 1948, at page 882, authorising Battista

certain electric lines.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order shall take effect on 1 July 1967.
  2. The areas described in the Schedule hereto shall be
    excluded from the County of Waimea and be included in the
    City of Nelson.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that area in the Nelson Land District bounded
by a line commencing at the western corner of Lot 3, D.P. 315,
and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundary
of the said Lot 3; thence north-westerly and north-easterly
along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Lot 4,
D.P. 3300, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 10, D.P. 4881;
thence south-easterly by a right line to the western corner
of Lot 5, D.P. 3300; thence north-easterly and south-easterly
along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the
said Lot 5 to the north-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 3300;
thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of
Lot 3, D.P. 3300, and Lot 1, D.P. 2812, and the production of
the last-mentioned boundary to the northern side of Enner
Glynn Road, thence south-easterly along the south-western
boundaries of Lots 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 210, to the southern
corner of Lot 9, aforesaid; thence south-westerly by a right
line to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 2812; thence generally
south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1,
D.P. 2812, to the western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 2812; thence
south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P.
2812, to the southern corner of the said Lot 2; thence south-
easterly by a right line to the western corner of Lot 1, D.P.
3300; thence generally south-easterly along the south-western
boundaries of Lot 1, aforesaid to the eastern corner of Lot 3,
D.P. 3300; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern
boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 3300, and Section 102, Suburban
South District, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the southern side of Marsden Valley Road; thence
generally north-easterly along the south-western boundary of
that road to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 5554; thence
north-easterly across the aforementioned road to the southern
corner of Lot 5, D.P. 315; thence north-westerly along the
southwestern boundaries of Lots 5, 4, and 3, D.P. 315, to the
point of commencement.

Secondly, all that area in the Nelson Land District, bounded
by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 3,
D.P. 3202, and proceeding north-westerly along a right line
bearing 305° 29′ 20″, to a point on the seaward low-water
mark of the Boulder Bank; thence north-easterly along the
said low-water mark of the Boulder Bank to a point in line
with the north-eastern boundary of that part of Section 16,
District of Suburban North, comprised in certificate of title,
Volume 2A, folio 331; thence south-easterly to and along that
boundary to the north-western side of No. 6 National State
Highway; thence generally south-westerly along the north-
western side of that highway, to the south-western boundary
of Lot 3, D.P. 3202; thence north-westerly along that boundary
to the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 to the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the service lane described in the First
Schedule hereto, and the accessway described in the Second
Schedule hereto, shall both, on and after the date of this
Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Manukau, and be under the control and manage-
ment of the Manukau City Council.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that service lane containing 26.6 perches situated in
Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D.,
and being Lot 36, D.P. 55184. Part certificate of title, Volume
2022, folio 61, and formerly part certificate of title, Volume
311, folio 7, North Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that accessway containing 3.5 perches situated in Block
VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being
Lot 41, D.P. 55184. Part certificate of title, Volume 2022, folio
61, and formerly part certificate of title, Volume 689, folio 98,
