SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1966.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

Licensing William Arthur Baker to Occupy a Site for a Grid at Helensville, Kaipara Harbour


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits William Arthur Baker (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Helensville, Kaipara Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 7716 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a grid as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  2. The term of the licence shall be five years from the 1st day of April 1967.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

  4. The Master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said grid shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high water mark or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

  5. Members of the public shall be permitted to use the grid at all reasonable times.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964


PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them while they are under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Limited Speed Zone Declared


PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within Franklin County at Matakawau Point:
Matakawau Road (from a point 12 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said road from Sergeants Road to a point 4 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said Matakawau Road from Clarks Road).
