Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 29th day of
September 1966 and published in Gazette, 1 December 1966,
No. 74, at page 2001, in so far as it affects the land fourthly
described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby declares that
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held by Hilary Gilbert Candy, of Paeroa, farmer, under
and by virtue of Crown lease 2088, Volume 641, folio 197,
South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the
19th day of June 1967.
