REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Timber and Building Supplies Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Napier and carrying on business as a property holding company:

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a special resolution passed by the members of Timber and Building Supplies Ltd., on the 15th day of December 1966, and with the sanction of an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier, dated the 21st day of April 1967, the capital of that company was reduced from fifty-six thousand pounds (£56,000) to twenty-nine thousand nine hundred pounds (£29,900), by paying to the preference shareholders the sum of £1 in respect of each preference share held by them, and by paying to the ordinary shareholders the sum of 7s. for each ordinary share held by them, and that a minute evidencing such reduction of capital was filed with the Registrar of Companies at Napier, on the 29th day of May 1967.
