PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
The land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart and made subject to the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
All those parcels of land containing by admeasurement more or less, 1 rood 23.4 perches, being Lot 13, D.P. S. 309 of part of Allotment 39, Pepepe Parish, and being Lot 14, D.P. S. 309, and part of Allotments 39 and 40, Pepepe Parish.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 20th day of May 1967.
