NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as permanent State forest land.

PART Section 77, Square 23, situated in Blocks VI and X, Wakapuaka Survey District, being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 89, folio 38: Area, 116 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan numbered S. 14/3 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Ranana Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and it is desired to vary the same;

And whereas, by reason of a survey, the area of the land was revealed to be that shown in the Third Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Ranana Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953;

And, whereas, by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto amended.
