Revoking Foreshore Licence Held by Patrick Seymour at Te Kopuru in Kaipara Harbour

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 11 November 1953* to Walter Robert Rope and at present held by Patrick Seymour, of Te Kopuru, to use and occupy a site on the foreshore and bed of the sea at Te Kopuru, in Kaipara Harbour, for the purpose of maintaining a wharf and slip thereon as shown on M.D. 3696 is revoked.

Revoking Foreshore Licence Held by Akaroa Marine and Rental Services Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Site on the Foreshore at Akaroa as a Site for a Jetty and Storage Decks

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 29 July 1960* to Eric Winston Narbey and assigned to Akaroa Marine and Rental Services Ltd., on 3 February 1966† to use and occupy a site on the foreshore at Akaroa for the purpose of a jetty and storage decks at Akaroa is revoked.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964

———

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki railway from and after the 29th day of May 1967.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Roskill and revokes the reservation over that part of reserve for access purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
