PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Wairere Electric Power
Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1966, Amend-
ment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part
of the Wairere Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric
Lines Licence 1966* (hereinafter referred to as the principal
order). - The principal order is hereby amended by adding to the
First Schedule thereto the following:
β(4) Commencing at the southern boundary of Section E,
3d, No. 3, of Block IX, and proceeding in a
northerly direction to section C, 3d, No. 3 of Block
V, Otanake Survey District.β
