PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. This order may be cited as the Wairere Electric Power
   Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1966, Amend-
   ment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part
   of the Wairere Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric
   Lines Licence 1966* (hereinafter referred to as the principal
   order).
2. The principal order is hereby amended by adding to the
   First Schedule thereto the following:
   “(4) Commencing at the southern boundary of Section E,
   3d, No. 3, of Block IX, and proceeding in a
   northerly direction to section C, 3d, No. 3 of Block
   V, Otanake Survey District.”
