CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice published in the Gazette of 11 May 1967, on page 848, appointing the Motor Spirits Licensing Appeal Authority delete the heading

“Member of Motor Spirits Licensing Authority Appointed”

and substitute the heading

“Motor Spirits Licensing Appeal Authority Appointed”

Land Taken for the Purpose of Street in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May 1967.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 26.6 perches situated in Block IV, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, being part Section 16. All certificate of title, Volume 271, folio 206, Otago Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of May 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purpose of street.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares those pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road and stops the said road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those portions of road situated in Block XV, Tokomaru Survey District, Waiapu County, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
