A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a building line condition imposed by Notice No. 168058, Southland Land Registry, for the development of water power (Waikiwi Substation).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton railway; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street diversion in connection therewith.

For Railway
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 5.0 perches.
Being part street, passing through Horowhenua No. 10, Block I, Waiopehu Survey District; coloured green, edged green.
Situated in Borough of Levin (S.O. 26701).

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
For Road Diversion
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1.7 perches.
Being part railway land (part Wellington-Foxton railway); coloured sepia.
Situated in Block I, Waiopehu Survey District, Borough of Levin (S.O. 26701).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 21333 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
