CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice dated 2 March 1967 and published in Gazette of 6 April 1967, No. 21, at page 523, proclaiming land as road and land taken and vested in Block II, Wairau Survey District, Taranaki County, for “M.O.W. 21019” read “M.O.W. 21069”, which last-mentioned number appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Dated at Wellington this 26th day of April 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1967.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21247 (S.O. 42384) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1967.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block XIII, Opoiti Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 21, Township of Frasertown. All certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 41, Gisborne Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20521 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block X, Ngamatea Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part land in D.P. 2849, being part Tauakira 2E; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21186 (S.O. 26495) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taupo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1967.
