IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of
Ohau Shingle Supplies Ltd., a company duly incorporated
in New Zealand and having its registered office at Levin
and carrying on business as shingle suppliers and con-
crete manufacturers:
Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand dated the 4th day of April 1967,
confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named com-
pany and the minute approved by the Court showing, with
respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several
particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was regis-
tered by the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of
April 1967. The said minute is in the words and figures
following:
“The share premium account of Ohau Shingle Supplies
Ltd. is £3,885 7s. 0d. having been reduced from £23,171.”

AND THAT the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Wellington on the 17th day of May 1967,
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Southland County Council
proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to
take the land in the Schedule hereto for roading purposes,
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said
land so required to be taken is deposited in the public
office of the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Inver-
cargill, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons
during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who
have any objections thereto must state their objections in
writing and send the same within 40 days from 4 May 1967,
being the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the
Southland County Council, at the Council’s offices, Inver-
cargill.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the Otama Survey District,
containing 9.4 perches, more or less, being part Section 3,
Block III, of the said Survey District, and part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 33,
folio 50, Southland Registry, being more particularly shown
on Survey Office Plan No. 7681, and thereon coloured orange.

MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Office and Housing Loan 1966—£26,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Malvern County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £26,000, authorised to be raised by the Malvern
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for erecting
new offices and workers dwelling, the said Malvern County
Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0395d. in the pound
upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the County
of Malvern, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable
half yearly, on the 1st day of May and the 1st day of
November in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully
paid off.”
