Notice of Application for Consent to Conditional Use
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by Joseph Pedersen, of Henderson, for consent to the erection of a glasshouse. The property is situated at No. 72 Swanson Road, Borough of Henderson, and is located in the Residential A Zone. The legal description of the land is Lot No. 3, Deposited Plan No. 56817, part Allotment 6, Parish of Waipareira, all the land in certificate of title, Volume 471, folio 131, North Auckland Land Registry.
The application may be examined at the office of the Henderson Borough Council, Thomas Street, during normal office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing, delivered to the Town Clerk, Henderson Borough Council, Henderson, not later than 4 p.m. on the 5th day of June 1967.
Every objection shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the council in support of his objection.

SECURITY RATE
Waterworks Loan 1966—£250,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£250,000), authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting the cost of designing and constructing a new waterworks pumping station and connecting it to the existing reticulation system, together with the cost of land, purifying equipment, storage reservoirs, booster pumps, staff housing, and extensions to the present reticulation system, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of two hundred and fifty-seven thousandths of a penny (0.257d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Hamilton, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Hamilton City Council at a duly constituted meeting held on the 12th day of April 1967.

Streets Loan 1966—£200,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of two hundred thousand pounds (£200,000), authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act, and for the purpose of meeting the cost of improving streets, constructing and laying bituminous footpaths, kerbing and channelling, purchasing and installation of traffic lights, and the purchase of land and compensation to the owners of the property adversely affected by such works, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of two hundred and forty-four thousandths of a penny (0.244d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Hamilton, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£150,000), authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing and laying additional stormwater mains, purchasing land and payment of compensation to owners of land adversely affected by such works, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and fifty-five thousandths of a penny (0.155d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Hamilton, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £28,410, authorised to be raised by the Waimairi County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting accommodation for aged pensioners, the said Waimairi County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.005969d. (pence) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Waimairi, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
