NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 290 and 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1948, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Miller, Strong, and Co., 37–39 High Holborn, London, W.C. 1., on Wednesday, the 31st day of May 1967, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificate No. 5050, issued in the name of Agnes Emily Brown, now deceased. The executors of the estate have made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within 30 days from the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the Hunua Hall Special Rating Area of the County of Franklin, taken on the 6th day of April 1967, on the proposal of the Franklin County Council to borrow the sum of £1,500 for the purpose of refunding to the Franklin County Council Fund Account, the sum expended in payment of the cost of renovating and improving the Hunua Hall:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 109
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 29
The number of informal votes —
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Subscriptions—The subscription is at the rate of £7 per calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.
Single copies available as issued.
The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
