The legal description of the land is all that piece of land containing one acre, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 42700, and being part of Hamlin’s Grant, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1161, folio 48, North Auckland Registry.
The application may be examined at the office of the Mount Wellington Borough Council, Corner Pilkington and Queens Roads, Mount Wellington, during normal office hours, and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing, delivered to the Town Clerk, Mount Wellington Borough Council, P.O. The property is situated at 97 Papanui Street, Tokoroa, and is located in the residential zone. The legal description of the land is Lot 13, D.P. S. 2191, containing 32.7 perches.

Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by the Ruahine Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. for consent to a subdivision for the purposes of sale of one of its Lower Norsewood properties into two lots. Under the proposed subdivision one lot (No. 8) will have a frontage of 98.5 links to the Main Road and an area of one (1) rood, and the other lot (No. 13) will have a frontage of 106.8 links to an unnamed road (branching off the Main Road) and an area of thirty-three and a half (33½) perches. In each case the area and the frontage is less than those provided for in clause 10 (1) of the code of ordinance relating to the Dannevirke District Planning Scheme relating to a rural zone. The property is at Lower Norsewood and is located in a rural zone. The proposed subdivision follows the existing lots and consent to subdivision is only required by reason of the fact that both lots are shown on the same certificate of title at the present time. The legal description of the whole of the land to be subdivided is; all that piece of land containing one (1) rood thirty-three and a half (33½) perches, more or less, comprising Lots Nos. 8 (1 rood) and 13 (33½ perches) on Deposited Plan No. 84, which said piece of land is part of Suburban Section No. 64, Norsewood, being part of Block No. V, Takapau Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 92, folio 173.
The application may be examined at the office of the Dannevirke County Council, Denmark Street, Dannevirke, during usual office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing, delivered to the County Clerk, Dannevirke County Council, P.O. Box 71, Dannevirke, not later than 4 p.m., on the 22nd day of May 1967.

THE Waipukurau County Council hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the No. 1 review of the district scheme will commence at the Council Chamber, 18 Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, at 1 p.m., Monday, the 22nd day of May 1967, and will continue as there arranged from time to time until all objectors and witnesses have been heard.
