Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waimea County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimea and revokes the reservation for ferry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

SECTION 55, Square 138, situated in Block XVI, Lyell Survey District: Area, 146 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less (shown in Nelson Gazette, 1875, page 109, as 100 acres).

Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Street

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a street.

ROAD Reserve shown on D.P. 15528, being part Allotment 17, Titirangi Parish, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District: Area, 36 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 124. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 16/3217, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for recreation purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—BOROUGH OF LEVIN

Lot 11, D.P. 16172, being part Horowhenua XIb 36 No. 1A, situated in Block I, Waiopehu Survey District: Area, 2 roods 15.9 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 294, folio 277.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for commonage and resting-place for travelling stock described in the Schedule hereto.

PART Reserve 331, situated in Block VII, Abbey Rocks Survey District: Area, 198 acres 2 roods 38.5 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 38299B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 3608).

Notification of New Fees and Charges for Amenities Operated by the Tourist and Publicity Department

Pursuant to the Tourist and Publicity Department Act 1963 and the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, the Minister of Tourism hereby revokes the scale of fees and charges currently applicable to baths admissions, tours, games, and amenities listed in the Schedule hereto and substitutes the following new scale of fees and charges set out in the said Schedule. These charges will come into force on 1 April 1967.
