Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zones Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
-
The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 18th day of September 1963†, which relates to Cambridge Borough is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Appointment of the Rodney County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Rodney County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.
