Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Ngaruawahia Borough Council on the 10th day of August 1966:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Ngaruawahia Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said Borough and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act.”
