Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Blocks XI and XII, Waiau Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Ronald William Devery and Arthur Leslie Devery, both of Orawia, farmers, as tenants-in-common, in equal shares; and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Leonard James Devery, of Orawia, farmer; and that the road fourthly and fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Neil James Sutherland, of Orawia, farmer, and Muriel Mary Sutherland, his wife, as tenants-in-common, in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 214540, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said section 29 and declares that the said land, when taken, shall vest in Neil James Sutherland, of Orawia, farmer, and Muriel Mary Sutherland, his wife, as tenants-in-common, in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 214540, Southland Land Registry.
