Declaring Land in the Nelson Land District no Longer Subject to the Provisions of the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959
PURSUANT to the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be no longer subject to the provisions of the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 40 acres, more or less, situated in Block I, Waitapu Survey District, being sections 74 and 76, District of Milnthorpe Suburban, and contained in certificate of title 118/146 and certificate of title 66/157 and 118/147, Nelson Registry.

Consent of Minister of Customs to Importation of Coffee Under Customs Import Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1967
PURSUANT to clause 2 of the Customs Import Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1967,* the Minister of Customs hereby consents to the importation of coffee—
(1) From countries which are members of the International Coffee Agreement 1962 when such coffee is—
(a) Accompanied by valid certificates of origin, or re-export, issued in conformity with the Agreement; or
(b) Samples and parcels of coffee up to a limit of 300 kilograms (660 lbs) nett of green coffee or the equivalent thereof; or
(c) Imported as ships’ stores or aircraft stores for consumption only on ships or aircraft plying or proceeding between New Zealand and any country outside New Zealand:
(2) The produce of Western Samoa.
This consent shall take effect on the 1st day of April 1967.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for better utilisation from and after the 17th day of April 1967.
