Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by G. H. McCallum Ltd., of Manurewa, for consent to a specified departure from the district scheme of the City of Manukau, in that the applicant wishes to utilise the below-described land for the purposes of parking of its motor trucks and erecting on the land a garage for the minor servicing and fueling of its vehicles.
The property in respect of which this application is made is on the western side of Jutland Road, Manurewa. The property is that piece of railway land fronting Jutland Road on the northern side of the railway line, and is located in the area zoned for railway purposes. The legal description of the land is that area containing 3 roods 37.4 perches shown on Survey Office Plan 17977L.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 37, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby resolve, by special resolution, intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of £400,000 as a special loan, to be known as Reserves Loan No. 1, 1964, £1,000,000—2nd Issue, £400,000, for the purpose of acquiring land for regional reserves.
The foregoing special order was made by way of special resolution passed at a special meeting of the Authority held on 13 February 1967. It was publicly notified in the Auckland Star on the 24th day of February 1967 and the 10th day of March 1967, and was confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the Authority held on the 20th day of March 1967.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed this 20th day of March 1967.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
