PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within Southland County at Gorge Road Township:

No. 92 State Highway (Balclutha-Invercargill) (from a point 6 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said highway from Gorge Road-Morton Mains Road to a point 34 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said highway from the said road).

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

So much of the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 17th day of March 1958†, as relates to the Kaikohe-Maungatapere Main Highway No. 563 (now known as Mangakahia Road), in Kaikohe Borough, is hereby revoked.
