SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE PATEAROA RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Maniototo, Taieri, Vincent, and Tuapeka Counties containing 279,820 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Taieri River in line with the western boundary of Section 8, Block XV, Maniototo Survey District, and proceeding southerly to and along that boundary to the southernmost corner of the said Section 8; then along a right line to the westernmost corner of Section 2, Block XV aforesaid and southerly along the western boundary of Section 1, Block XV aforesaid to the northern boundary, of Section 22, Block I, Rock and Pillar Survey District; then easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of that Section 22, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-western boundary of Run 204c; then north-easterly and generally south-westerly along the north-western and south-eastern boundaries of Run 204c and generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 204d, 248J, 248k, 248L, and 248M to the southernmost corner of Run 248M; then south-westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Run 599 and generally westerly along the northern boundary of that Run and its production to the middle of the Loganburn; then generally southerly up the middle of the Loganburn to the western boundary of Run 601; then northerly along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of Run 254B, in Block VIII, Loganburn Survey District; then generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 254B, 254c, and 254d and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Taieri River; then generally north-westerly and north-easterly down the middle of the Taieri River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Run 353E, in Block XII, Long Valley Survey District; then generally south-westerly to and along that boundary and generally north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Runs 353E and 353G to the westernmost corner of Run 353G; then north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Run 353G and generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of that Run to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Run 308c; then generally north-easterly to and along the north-western boundary of that Run and its production to the western boundary of Section 2, Block III, Upper Taieriside Survey District; then generally northerly along the western boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Block III aforesaid, Section 1, Block V, Manorside Survey District, Section 1, Block III, Manorside Survey District, Lot 4, Deposited Plan 9807, Run 622, Run 621, Section 1, Block IX, Poolburn Survey District and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block XI, Gimmerburn Survey District; then generally north-westerly, northerly, and north-easterly along the south-western, western and north-western boundaries of that section 3, the north-western boundaries of Sections 2 and 4, and again Section 2, Block XI aforesaid to the northern boundary of Section 2 aforesaid; then easterly along the northern boundaries of Section 2 aforesaid and Section 21, Block III, Gimmerburn Survey District to the north-eastern corner of that Section 21; then southerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 21 and 22 and easterly along the southern boundaries of Sections 16 and 17, Block III aforesaid to the north-western side of Puketoi Runs Road; then south-westerly along the north-western side of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 8, Block XII, Gimmerburn Survey District; then south-easterly to and along that boundary and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 8 and 9, Block XII aforesaid to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 2, Block XII aforesaid; then southerly to and along that boundary and its production to the northern boundary of Section 11, Block XII aforesaid; then south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Section 11 aforesaid to the north-eastern corner of that section and along a right line to the north-western corner of Section 7, Block VI, Gimmerburn Survey District; then easterly along the northern boundaries of Sections 7 and 4, Block VI aforesaid and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Taieri River; then generally north-easterly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

Declaring the Maioro-Waipipi and Kohekohe-Pollock Rabbit Districts to be United to Form the Waiuku Rabbit District

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 28th day of March 1967

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares as from the 1st day of April 1967 the Maioro-Waipipi Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 23rd day of August 1953*, and the Kohekohe-Pollock Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 10th day of July 1933†, be united and to form one district having the name of the Waiuku Rabbit District, the boundaries of which shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the basis on which the rabbit board for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of the land occupied by the ratepayer.


SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WAIUKU RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Waiuku Borough, in Block III, Maioro Survey District, being the intersection of the northern side of King Street with the right bank of the Rangiwha Creek and proceeding westerly and then southerly generally along the western boundary of the Waiuku Borough as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1956, page 591, to and along the middle of Constables Road to and along the middle of Butchers Road to and along the middle of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 10, 10A, and 131, Waiuku West Parish, of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 52513, and of Allotment 87, Waiuku West Parish, to and along the middle of the public road forming the northern and eastern boundaries of Allotment 76, of Suburban Section 1, Waiuku West Parish, the eastern boundaries of Allotments 75 and 74, Suburban Section 1, aforesaid and Allotment 171, Waiuku West Parish, to and along the middle of Robert Neil Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 173; then to and along that eastern boundary, the generally eastern boundary of Allotment 42 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Bothwell Park Road and easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 176; then to and along that eastern boundary, the eastern boundaries of Allotments 177 and 57, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Maioro Road; then easterly along the middle of Maioro Road to and along the middle of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 127, 129, and 130A to and along the middle of Motions Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 71; then to and along the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of that allotment and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Port Waikato-Maioro Road and easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the generally western boundary of Allotment 187; then to and along the western and southern boundaries of that allotment to and along the south-western boundary of Allotment 156 and the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 147 to the right bank of the stream forming part of the southern boundary of Allotment 147, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waiuku West Parish; then southerly along that right bank and south-westerly generally along the right bank of the Waikato River, north-westerly generally along the sea-coast to and easterly and then southerly generally along the southern shores of the Manukau Harbour and the left bank of the Waiuku River to the point of commencement.

The Bolton Street Cemetery Order 1967

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Bolton Street Cemetery Order 1967.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. It is hereby directed that, notwithstanding anything in section 41 or section 42 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, no further burials shall take place in the cemeteries and burial grounds in the City of Wellington which were closed by an Order in Council dated the 28th day of July 1891*, and which are described in the Schedule to this order.


SCHEDULE

FIRST, all that area of land in the City of Wellington containing sixteen acres one rood ten perches and sixty-six one hundredths of a perch, more or less, being Cemetery Reserve No. 2, parts Cemetery Reserves Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 5, and part
