HELENSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Helensville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £8,000, authorised to be raised by the Helensville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improving the borough water supply, the said Helensville Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.73d. in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of Helensville comprising the whole of the Borough of Helensville; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of May in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

GISBORNE CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SECURING RATE
Municipal Building Extension Loan 1966
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Gisborne City Council resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £23,000 authorised to be raised by the Gisborne City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making additions to the Municipal Office Building, the Gisborne City Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.051d. in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Gisborne; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Gisborne City Council held on 21 March 1967.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan No. 10, 1966, £100,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waipa County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £100,000 authorised to be raised by the Waipa County Council under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Waipa County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.14834d. in the pound on the rateable property in the County of Waipa; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
We hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Waipa County Council, held on Monday, 20 March 1967.

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Loan 1967
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of ten thousand pounds (£10,000), authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of laying additional sewer mains, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of sixteen four-hundredths of a penny (16/400d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value), of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

NELSON HARBOUR BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Nelson Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £40,000 authorised to be raised by the Nelson Harbour Board for the purpose of carrying out certain harbour works on the Nelson Harbour as authorised by the Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Act 1966, the said Nelson Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of three two-hundredths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Nelson Harbour Board District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Nelson Harbour Board at a special meeting, held on the 20th day of March 1967.

Methven Township Water Supply Loan 1966, £40,000
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Ashburton County Council held on the 17th day of March 1967, the following resolution was passed:

"Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Ashburton County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of forty thousand pounds, authorised to be raised by the Ashburton County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing an improved water supply for Methven Township, the said Ashburton County Council hereby makes a special rate of 1.463 of one penny (1.463d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value, on the basis of the capital value, of all rateable property in the Methven Water Supply Special Rating Area comprising all that part of the Mount Hutt Riding of the County of Ashburton which is bounded as follows:
