of O’Brien Buildings Ltd., a company duly incorporated in
New Zealand and having its registered office at Tauranga
and carrying on business there and elsewhere in New Zealand
as a holding company, notice is hereby given that the order
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 5th day
of September 1966, confirming the reduction of capital of
the above-named company from £4,000 to £50, and the
minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the
capital of the company as altered, the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the
Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of January 1967. The
said minute is in the words as follows:

“The capital of O’Brien Buildings Ltd. is £50 divided into
50 fully paid ordinary shares of £1 each having been reduced
from £4,000 divided into 4,000 shares of £1 each.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the
provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land des-
cribed in the First Schedule hereto for road and to take the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby
further given that plans showing the land proposed to be
taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the
above Council, situated at Tirau, and are open for inspection
(without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to
the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection
in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Tirau. If
any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection
will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
