National Roads Board—Notice Concerning the Stopping of
Vehicles on Roads
It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the National Roads
Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1, the Board has, by resolution carried
at its meeting on 13 March 1967, prohibited the stopping of
vehicles on the northern side of No. 1 State Highway, commencing at a point 160ft north of the Abbotsford intersection
to a point 177ft east of the Kaikorai Stream Bridge, this extends the existing no-stopping restriction between Abbotsford Road and the Kaikorai Stream Bridge.

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning the Stopping of
Vehicles on Roads
It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the National Roads
Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1, the Board has, by resolution carried
at its meeting on 15 December 1966, prohibited the stopping of
vehicles on the east side of No. 2 State Highway
in Hutt County between Petone and the Ngauranga intersection.

Notice Prohibiting the Standing of Vehicles on Roads
It is hereby notified that, pursuant to the National Roads
Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1, the Board has, by resolution
carried at its meeting on 15 December 1965, prohibited the
stopping of vehicles on the portions of State Highway No. 1,
Cambridge Road, Hillcrest, Hamilton, as shown. in rec on
plan M.O.W. 11662.

Return of Spirits Distilled in New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 99 of the Distillation Act 1908, I hereby
publish the following information concerning spirits distilled
in New Zealand.
(a) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of
proof distilled in New Zealand received into bonded warehouses during the year ended 31 December 1966 = 582,114.
(b) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength
of proof cleared and taken out of bonded warehouses for
home consumption = 552,584.
(c) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength
of proof cleared and taken out of bonded warehouses for
exportation = 3,331.
(d) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of
proof remaining in bonded warehouses on the 31st day of
December 1966 = 142,901.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing on or before 20 April 1967. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported materials used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
