Cancellation of the Vesting in the Palmerston North City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North, and revokes the reservation over the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Takapuna City Council on the 18th day of October 1966:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Takapuna City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for access purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAKAPUNA CITY

PART Allotment 30 of Section 1, Takapuna Parish, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District: Area, 16.3 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 314, folio 128, subject to a building-line restriction contained in Order in Council 8801, and subject to the right of way indicated on D.P. 1346.

Declaration That Part of the Sunray Park Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Sunray Park Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Southland Acclimatisation Society (Native Birds Committee) to Control and Manage

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for preservation of flora and fauna.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Southland Acclimatisation Society (Native Birds Committee) to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Paparua, in trust, for that purpose.
