Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made, by Bernard John Erskine, of Dannevirke, for consent to a subdivision for the purposes of sale of his High Street property into two sections (front and rear). Under the proposed subdivision the strip or piece of land forming part of the rear section, and providing its frontage to High Street, will be of a uniform width throughout its length of ten (10) feet instead of the minimum width of twelve (12) feet as provided for in the Dannevirke Borough’s District Planning Scheme No. 1.
The property is on the north-east side of High Street and adjoins the Dannevirke North School. It is located in the special residential zone. The legal description of the land is: all that piece of land situated in the Borough of Dannevirke containing 1 rood 32.2 perches, more or less, being portion of Section No. 67 in Block No. Three, Tahoraite Survey District, comprising Lot No. 1 on Deposited Plan No. 1017, and Lot No. 5 on Deposited Plan No. 1818, and being all the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 25, folio 169.
The application may be examined at the office of the Dannevirke Borough Council, High Street, Dannevirke, during normal office hours; and any person or body affected may object to the application, by notice in writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Dannevirke Borough Council, P.O. Box 180, Dannevirke, not later than 4 p.m. on the 1st day of May 1967.
Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection.

Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by G. H. McCallum Ltd., of Manurewa, for consent to a specified departure from the district scheme of the City of Manukau, in that the applicant wishes to utilise the below-described land for the purposes of parking of its motor trucks and erecting on the land a garage for the minor servicing and fueling of its vehicles.
The property in respect of which this application is made is on the western side of Jutland Road, Manurewa. The property is that piece of railway land fronting Jutland Road on the northern side of the railway line, and is located in the area zoned for railway purposes. The legal description of the land is that area containing 3 roods 37.4 perches shown on Survey Office Plan 17977L.
The application may be examined at the office of the Manukau City Council, David Nathan Park, Hill Road, Manurewa, during normal office hours; and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing, delivered to the City Manager, Manukau City Council, Private Bag, Manurewa, not later than 4 p.m. on the 7th day of April 1967.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by Percy Andrews Dayman, of 45 Tasman Street, Nelson, for consent to conditional use.
The property affected is situated off the eastern side of Tasman Street, in the market-garden district, in a residential “B” zone.
The legal description of the land is: All that parcel of land containing thirty-four decimal seven perches (34.7 perches), more or less, being Lot 2, on Deposited Plan 3152, and part of Section 319, City of Nelson, and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 91, folio 182 (Nelson Registry).

NOTICE is hereby given that the land in the part of the Southland Catchment District described in the Schedule hereto has been classified under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and the classification is deemed a valid classification as from the date on which this notice was first published in newspapers circulating in the district, namely, the 13th day of March 1967.

SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of one million five hundred thousand pounds (£1,500,000) as a special loan to be known as Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 11, 1966, £1,500,000 for the purpose of meeting costs and expenses, of and incidental to, the construction of:
(a) The proposed Lower Huia Storage Dam, pumping station, and associated pipeline works.
(b) The proposed Waterline Road.
(c) Additional capacity at Huia Filter Station.
(d) Nihotupu Valley transmission main and ancillary works.
The foregoing special order was made by way of a special resolution passed at a special meeting of the authority held on 19 December 1966. It was publicly notified in the Auckland Star on 1 February 1967 and 15 February 1967 and confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the authority held on the 27th day of February 1967.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed this 27th day of February 1967.
