Departure from Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 18th
day of November 1966, gave consent to a specified departure
from the provisions of the Mount Albert Borough Council's
Operative District Scheme by permitting Messrs D. G. Walker
and C. J. Stitt to erect on the land described in the Schedule
hereto a factory for use as a metal spinning factory notwithstanding that the land is zoned Residential "A" but
subject however to the following conditions:

(1) The consent shall not apply to the proposed road.
(2) The bulk and location requirements of the Mount
Albert Borough Code of Ordinances applicable for a
predominant use in an Industrial "B" zone to apply,
the front yard to be measured from the line of the
said proposed street.
(3) Leave reserved to both parties "to apply".

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing one acre and sixteen perches
(1:0:16), more or less, being part of Lot 4, on Deposited
Plan 3265, and being all the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 364, folio 18 (North Auckland

Departure from Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the
Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated
the 11th day of January 1967, gave consent to a specified
departure from the provisions of the Mount Albert Borough
Council's Operative District Scheme by permitting Mr S. H.
Englehard to use a building to be erected at the rear of his
residence on the land described on the Schedule hereto for
the purpose of the manufacture of pottery by hand-thrown
methods notwithstanding that the land is zoned Residential
"A" but subject however to the following conditions:

(1) That no labour should be employed on the premises.
(2) That no signs should be exhibited on the premises.
(3) That the firing of pottery should be carried out by
electric kiln only.
(4) That the internal dimensions of the building to be
erected should not exceed 29 ft by 20 ft.

The Board further stated that it follows automatically, that
the erection of the building should comply with the bulk
and location requirements of the Council's Operative District
Scheme.

SCHEDULE

THE property known as No. 32 St. Lukes Road, Mount
Albert, being more particularly 2 roods 9.4 perches, part Lots
1 and 2, on Deposited Plan 19434, part Allotment 169, of
Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 621, folio 209 (Auckland Registry).

Notice of Application for Consent to Conditional Use

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by
Antonio DeLorenzo of 39 Trafalgar Road, Nelson, for consent
to conditional use.

The property affected is situated off the eastern side of
Trafalgar Road as in the Market Garden District in a
Residential B Zone.

The legal description of the land is all that parcel of
land containing two roods and thirty-two decimal six perches
(2 rds. 32.6 ps.), more or less, being part of Section 242,
City of Nelson, and all the land comprised in certificate of
title, Volume 61, folio 148 (Nelson Registry).

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authority Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby
resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order to borrow the sum of Β£100,000 as a special loan to be
known as Drainage Loan No. 47, 1966, Β£100,000 for the purpose of meeting costs and expenses of, and incidental to:

(a) The reconstruction of certain existing sewers.
(b) The construction of five new grit chambers,
(c) Further sewer investigations, and
(d) Purchase of investigational equipment.

The foregoing special order was made by way of a special
resolution passed at a special meeting of the Authority held
on 19 December 1966. It was publicly notified in the Auckland Star on 1 February 1967 and 15 February 1967 and confirmed
at the ordinary meeting of the Authority held on the 27th
day of February 1967.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed this 27th day of February 1967.

issued in the name of Florence Lilly Francis, of Christchurch,
and the said Florence Lilly Francis has made a statutory
declaration that the original certificate of title to the said
stock has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless within 30 days from the
date hereof there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate a new
certificate will be issued in place thereof.
