page 1738, declaring land in North Auckland Land District
to be a water area (Okahukura Farm Settlement) for the
purposes of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, for Section
27, Block III, Okaka Survey District, certificate of title,
Volume 2056, folio 83, shown on plan S.O. 42601, area 116
acres 3 roods 30 perches read area 116 acres 3 roods.

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the
Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act
1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the
Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby
set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Being

A. R. P.
0 0 24.7 All that piece of land situate in the Borough of
Mount Roskill, being Lot 29 on Deposited Plan
37683, and being part of Allotment 87 of the
Parish of Titirangi, which said piece of land is
part of the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 1537, folio 55 (North
Auckland Registry), subject to, and together with,
an easement certifying the existence of a line
of pipes for the passage of stormwater, created
by K. 61996.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
21st day of February 1967.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be
Subject to the Land Act 1948

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act
1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recom-
mendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of
Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State
forest reserve, set apart by Proclamation dated the 16th day
of December 1936, and published in Gazette, 9 January 1936,
Volume I, page 4; by Proclamation dated the 9th day
of August 1946, and published in Gazette, 15 August 1946,
Volume II, page 1104; and by Proclamation dated the
16th day of April 1947, and published in Gazette, 24 April
1947, Volume I, page 481, is required for settlement purposes;
and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such
land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease
to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown
land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition
under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO COUNTY
SECTION 3 and parts Sections 1, 2, and 4, Block XIII, Ahikereru
Survey District:

Area, 3268 acres, more or less. As shown on the plan
marked L. and S. 22/697 deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged
red. (S.O. 228962L.)

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a
site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
