Paroa Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1
WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953;
And whereas, by reason of an amalgamation of titles, the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto, and it is considered necessary to have the notice described in the First Schedule hereto amended:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Paroa Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all references to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Prohibiting the Parking and Stopping of Vehicles on Portion of State Highway
It is hereby notified that, pursuant to National Roads Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1*, the Board has, by resolution carried at its meeting on 15 February 1967, prohibited the parking and stopping of vehicles on the portions of State Highway No. 1, Cambridge Borough, as shown on plan M.O.W. 13125, sheets (1-4).

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 December 1966, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton to Kopu) from the boundary of Hamilton City at the junction of the state highway with Silverdale Road to its junction with Eureka Station Road in the County of Waikato, more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 12 inclusive of plan M.O.W. 12964 and schedule of properties held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 14 December 1966, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 56 State Highway (Palmerston North to Himatangi) from its intersection with Strang’s Road to its intersection with Reserve Road, in the County of Kairanga, more particularly shown on plan M.O.W. 20752 and schedule of properties held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Describing the Boundaries of the Hawera Abattoir, and Specifying the Hawera Borough Council as the Controlling Authority of the Hawera Abattoir (Notice No. Ag. 10038)
PURSUANT to section 15 (5) of the Meat Act 1964, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purpose of the said section, notice is hereby given as follows:

The Hawera Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the districts of the following local authorities—
(a) Hawera Borough Council.
(b) Maniaia Town Council. -
The Hawera Borough Council shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Hawera Abattoir.
