PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excell-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the service lanes described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Tawa, and be under the control and management of the
Tawa Borough Council.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment
Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Abilities (Christchurch)
    Incorporated Order 1967.
  2. The Abilities (Christchurch) Incorporated, an organisa-
    tion approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of
    the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is
    hereby granted exemption in respect of the sheltered work-
    shop at 96 Vagues Road, Christchurch, from:
    (a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agree-
    ment which would otherwise be applicable in respect
    of persons employed in that workshop; and
    (b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946, and all the pro-
    visions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the
    Minimum Wage Act 1945.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation
Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Queenstown Aerodrome
    Establishment Order 1966.
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and mainten-
    ance of an aerodrome by the Arrowtown Borough Council and
    the Lake County Council on the land described in the Schedule
    hereto, being the same land as that described in the Schedule
    to the Queenstown Aerodrome Establishment Order 1962*
    and known as the Queenstown Airport.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Otago Land District comprising 172 acres
2 roods 12'4 perches, more or less, being part Blocks XXXIII
and XXXIV, Town of Frankton, part Reserve No. 2, Town
of Frankton, and Block I, Shotover Survey District.
