Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Murupara

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of March 1967.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 25.4 perches situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, being part Whirinaki No. 1 Section, 2F 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20642 (S.O. 43415) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of February 1967.

Easement Over Land Taken for Harbour Works in Block VII, Ruakaka Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that a water easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works from and after the 6th day of March 1967, vesting in the Northland Harbour Board, as from the date hereinbefore mentioned, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line or line of pipes under, along, or over the said land, with the right for the Northland Harbour Board’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals, or vehicles, over the said land, and to use the said line or lines of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water; such easement to be in the nature of an easement in gross.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Ruakaka Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 3 30.4 Part Section 32.
1 0 28.9 Part Section 38.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21088 (S.O. 45177) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Taken Together With a Right of Way, for a Quarry in Block IV, Tangitu Survey District, Taumarunui County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created by Proclamation dated 28 January 1949, published in Gazette, 1949, Volume I, at page 143, and registered as No. 1743, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui from and after the 6th day of March 1967.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 45 acres situated in Block IV, Tangitu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Rangitoto-Tuhua 78B 2A 2A Block (now part Whenuatapu 3). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128267 (S.O. 8315) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1967.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Bunnythorpe to the Purposes of Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Oroua County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Kairanga County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
