"Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £25,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act for purchasing land and buildings, the said Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought four four pence (.044d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the City of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 15th day of November in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Streets Loan 1965—First Issue—£5,000
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Tauranga City Council, held on 25th October 1966, the following resolution was passed:
"Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £5,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act for constructing roads, accesses, and improving roads within the City the said Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought eight pence (.008d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the City of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 15th day of November in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Housing Additional Loan 1966, £3,200
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £3,200, authorised to be raised by the Cambridge Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting accommodation for old people, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.03d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the Borough of Cambridge; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Cambridge Borough Council, held on the 15th day of February 1967.

TE KUITI BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Abattoir Improvement Loan 1966, of £13,700
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the above Council, held on the 15th day of February 1967, the following resolution was passed:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of thirteen thousand seven hundred pounds (£13,700), authorised to be raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improving and extending the municipal abattoir, including the provision of a cool room and equipment, the said Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of three eighths of a penny (³⁄₈d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the Borough of Te Kuiti; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WOODVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Woodville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £28,000, authorised to be raised by the Woodville Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loan Act 1956, for the purpose of installing a water-treatment plant in the Borough’s water supply and ancillary works, the said Woodville Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of three decimal one two five pence (3.125d.) in the pound upon the rateable value, based on the unimproved value, of all rateable property in the Borough of Woodville; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable half yearly, on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
This resolution was passed at a meeting of the Woodville Borough Council held on Monday, 13 February 1967.

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Stormwater Loan 1967
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred and forty-five thousand pounds (£145,000), authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a storm water drainage system, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of two hundred and thirty four-hundredths of a penny (²³⁰⁄₄₀₀d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Street Development Renewal Loan 1967—£2,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Motueka Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £2,500, authorised to be raised by the Motueka Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of the Street Development Renewal Loan 1967, the said Motueka Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nine two hundred and fifty-sixths of a penny (⁹⁄₂₅₆d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Motueka; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of six (6) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
