Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Henderson Borough Council, at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Henderson Borough Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Auckland City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for water conservation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland.

Describing the Boundaries of the Levin Abattoir, and Specifying the Levin Borough Council as the Controlling Authority of the Levin Abattoir (Notice No. Ag. 10032)

PURSUANT to section 15 (4) of the Meat Act 1964, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purpose of the said section, notice to hereby given as follows:

1. The Levin Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the Borough of Levin, Foxton Borough, the County of Horowhenua, Kapiti Riding, Raumati Riding, and those areas of the Whareroa and Paekakariki Ridings described in the Schedule hereto.

2. The Levin Borough Council shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Levin Abattoir.
