M.D. 12500 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a ramp, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon, and subject to, the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of March 1967. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds
(£5) ($10), and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be three pounds (£3) ($6).

Amending Notice Licensing John Frederick Salthouse to Use
and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Greenhithe, Auck-
land, as a Site for a Boatshed
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette, 14 Feb-
ruary 1963, page 189, licensing John Frederick Salthouse to
use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Greenhithe, Auck-
land, as a site for a boatshed, by adding after the expression
“M.D. 11435” the expression “and M.D. 12485”.

Revoking Foreshore Licence Held by Dargaville Sawmilling
Co., at Dargaville, Kaipara Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby gives notice that the licence, granted on the 20th day
of August 1952*, to the Dargaville Sawmilling Co., of Darga-
vile, to use and occupy the foreshore for the purpose of
maintaining a slipway thereon, at Dargaville, Kaipara Harbour,
as shown on M.D. 5893, is revoked.

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regula-
tions so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors
shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in
lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of
the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of his employment for the
employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but
shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years,
to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
