PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 9 perches situated in Block II, Maungatua Survey District, being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21022 (S.O. 15940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Blocks VI and XVII, Wendon Survey District, and Block XII, Greenvale Survey District, Southland County
