Specified Departure from Operative District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments, and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Mount Roskill Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 7th day of February 1967, consented to a specified departure from its operative district scheme by permitting a building to be erected on the land described hereunder, to be used for the purposes of an interior decorator’s shop and showroom.
The property concerned is Lot 16, on D.P. 43671, No. 3 Ridge Road, Mount Roskill.

NEW PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

Combined Area District Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 32 (8) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, that, by a decision dated 11 January 1967, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to the application of Riddick Brothers and Still (Holdings) Ltd. for a departure under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 from the above-mentioned district scheme for part of the land at 157A Seaview Road, containing 13.7 perches, and 157B Seaview Road, containing 9.96 perches.
The substance and effect of the consent is to permit the use of the said land for the erection of an office building for the purposes of the company’s business, notwithstanding that the land is zoned residential.

WOODVILLE COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Woodville County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the council, made on the 3rd day of September 1965, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the County of Woodville as a whole. The scheme has been deposited in the County Office, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein, at any time when the above place is open to the public.
Objections to the scheme, or to any part thereof, shall be in writing, in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4.30 p.m. on the 31st day of May 1967. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to oppose or support any objections will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk, in writing, within the period of which public notice will be given.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
