Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Waitemata County
District Scheme—Notice of Extension of Period of Effective-
ness of Refusals and Prohibitions


PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by
Waitemata County Council in the interests of the Waite-
mata County District scheme, which refusal or prohibition,
but for this notice, would expire between the date of public
notification hereof and the 1st day of February 1968 inclusive,
is hereby extended to the said 1st day of February 1968.

Given under the hand of the Minister of Works at Wellington this 18th day of January 1967.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Manukau City District
Scheme—Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of
Refusals and Prohibitions


PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by
the former Manukau County Council in the interests of the
Manukau County district scheme, and by the Manukau City
Council in the interests of the Manukau City district scheme,
which refusal or prohibition, but for this notice, would expire
between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st
day of February 1968 inclusive, is hereby extended to the
said 1st day of February 1968.

Given under the hand of the Minister of Works at Wellington
this 18th day of January 1967.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964


PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regula-
tions so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors
shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in
lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of
the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive
a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the

1967†, relating to the under-mentioned driver, and hereby
orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of
regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate
to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the
person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following
provisions shall apply;

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of
the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
