Members of the Bledisloe Park Board Appointed
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
Pursuant to section 8 of the Maori Purposes Act 1934, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Hokohinu Horne,
Tamati Wharehuia, and
Patana Wihapi,
duly nominated by the Arawa Maori Trust Board, and
George Gordon,
Edmund William Bragg,
Robert James McDowell,
Peter Robert Cram, and
Edward Alexander Marsh,
duly nominated by the Tauranga County Council, to be
members of the Bledisloe Park Board, for a term of three
years from the date of this appointment.

Exempting Lands in the South Auckland Land District from
the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

Pursuant to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the
Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
The lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby exempt-
ted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act
1925.
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 32 perches,
more or less, being part Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 1053, being
part Allotment 9, Pepepe Parish, situated in Block XV, Rangi-
riri Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate
of title, Volume 67, folio 21.
All that parcel of land containing 3 roods 23 perches, more
or less, being part Lot 2, on Deposited Plan 28499, being part
Allotment 9, Pepepe Parish, situated in Block XV, Rangiriri
Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of
title, Volume 716, folio 312.
