NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER AND MINUTE REDUCING CAPITAL
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 10th day of November 1966, confirming the reduction of capital of Tauranga Treatments Ltd. from £2,000 to £50, and the minute approved by the Court, showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton on the 6th day of December 1966. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Tauranga Treatments Ltd. henceforth is £50, divided into 100 shares of 10s. each, reduced from £2,000, divided into 2,000 shares of £1 each. At the date of registration of this minute all the said 100 shares in the company have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up.”

CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
IN the matter of an application for variation of the mode of administering a trust, under section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957:
Whereas, by virtue of a deed of trust dated the 28th day of February 1958, the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees accepted from the estate of Henry Oscar Toogood, late of Masterton, retired sheepfarmer, deceased, a trust fund for the purpose of providing an arts hall in Masterton;
And whereas, under the terms of the said deed of trust, the arts hall was to be erected by the 31st day of December 1964;
And whereas, by an order dated the 19th day of May 1965, the Supreme Court, sitting at Wellington, extended the time for the erection of the said arts hall to the 31st day of December 1966, reserving, nevertheless, leave to apply for a further extension:
Now notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36 of the above Act, that the Masterton Trust Lands Trust has applied to the Supreme Court at Masterton for approval of a motion to vary the said deed of trust wherein the Masterton Trust Lands Trust proposes that the date of completion of the said arts hall be extended to the 31st day of December 1968.
The application for approval of the variation will be heard in the Supreme Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 8th day of February 1967. Any person desiring to oppose the variation is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington, to the Masterton Trust Lands Trust, and to the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the date of hearing.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council, situated at Tirau, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objections, in writing, and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk on or before the 1st day of February 1967. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
