Declaring Land Taken for Street Purposes in the Borough of
Mount Wellington, and Revoking a Previous Declaration

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes,
subject to an unregistered agreement, dated 26 July 1965
and described in the Second Schedule hereto, between the
Auckland City Council and Ah Gon, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland
from and after the 22nd day of December 1966; and also
hereby revokes the Declaration taking land for street purposes
in the Borough of Mount Wellington, dated the 31st day of

surrender to Ah Gon the rights appurtenant to Lot 2 held
over Lot 3 in consideration of the surrender by Ah Gon of
the rights held over Lot 2 appurtenant to Lot 3, when the
roadway giving access to Lot 3 shall have been formed and
legalised as road by the said Council, without cost to Ah Gon.
