reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes,
under, along, and over the said land, and construct, use,
and maintain a holding chamber thereon; and, secondly, the
full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority for Her
Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees,
from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, or
repass, over the said land, with or without horses, machinery,
