Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block IX, Toetoes Survey District, Southland County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule and shall vest in Annie Moana McKenzie, widow, and Hector Lindsay McKenzie, farmer, both of Fortrose, subject to memoranda of mortgages Nos. 162965 and 196651, Southland Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Toetoes Survey District, described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 34·5 perches situated in Block IX, Toetoes Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Section 16; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20816 (S.O. 7584) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Closed Road Added to the Maheno Domain in Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall vest in Andrew Muldrew, of Maheno, farmer; and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule hereto is hereby added to the portion Maheno Domain described in the Third Schedule hereto.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19978 (S.O. 13209) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and that it shall vest in James Edward Young and John William Young, both of Tutira, sheep farmers, and Edward Samuel Burkitt, of Napier, company manager, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 73416, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20823 (S.O. 5711) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
