Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XVI, Ohinewairua Survey District, Rangitikei County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and declares that the road first and secondly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Annie Cosgrove Casey, spinster, and Patrick David Casey, farmer, both of Taoroa, as tenants in common in equal shares; and that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in the Rawea Land Co.
