PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, John Andrew Kirby Cuningham, M.B., CH.B (N.Z.), of Wardell’s Chambers, 164 Cashel Street, Christchurch, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of that Act.
The maternity notice relating to the said medical practitioner, dated 18 February 1960, is hereby consequentially revoked.
