WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

And whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now included in the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto, and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto revoked:
