Declaring Lands in South Auckland Land District, Vested in
the South Auckland Education Board as Sites for Public
Schools, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being
areas vested in the South Auckland Education Board as sites
for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHAKATANE BOROUGH
PART Lot 16, D.P. S. 628, being part Allotment 270, Waimana
Parish, situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District:
Area, 1 rood 5·3 perches, more or less; contained in part
certificate of title, Volume 1003, folio 198 (S.O. 43470).

trict: Area, 1 rood, more or less; contained in part certificate
of title, Volume 133, folio 22 (M.L. 12756).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of November 1966.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 24·9 perches situated
in Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District, being part Loan
and Mercantile Grant; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20640 (S.O. 43333)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
16th day of September 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of November 1966.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3·6 perches situated in
Block III, Waimea Survey District, City of Nelson, Nelson
R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 3598, being part Section 51,
District of Suburban South; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20654 (S.O. 10603)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964
and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and
development of the Turangi Township.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Puketi Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
