The Marlborough Electric Power District Boundary Order 1966

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 31st day of January 1966
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5A of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 (as inserted by section 3 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act 1963), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Marlborough Electric Power District Boundary Order 1966.
  2. The boundaries of the Marlborough Electric Power District are hereby altered so as to include therein the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL those areas of land above mean high-water mark situated in the Nelson and Marlborough Land Districts, Marlborough County, including the mainland and islands lying within an area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station B (Editor Hill) in Block VI, Tennyson Survey District; thence proceeding south-easterly generally along the summit of the Opouri Range and the summit of the northern watershed of the Kaiuma Stream to Black Point (Whataaruhe) in Block V, Linkwater Survey District; thence easterly along Mahau Sound to a point in line with the western boundary of part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District; thence southerly generally along a right line to the north-western corner of the said part Section 21 and continuing southerly along a right line to the south-east corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1760, in Block VI, aforesaid, and the production of that line to the north shore of Queen Charlotte Sound; thence easterly generally along Queen Charlotte Sound to Karaka Point in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District, and along the mean high-water mark of Queen Charlotte Sound and Tory Channel to a point in Opua Bay in line with the south-west boundary of Section 3, Block XIII, Arapawa Survey District; thence south-easterly generally to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Section 4, Block XIV, Arapawa Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the mean high-water mark of Island Bay, in Block XIV, aforesaid; thence due east to the intersection with the meridian of longitude 174Β° 30' east; thence due north along that meridian to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 40Β° 30' south; thence due west along that parallel to a point due north of Pukerau Point; thence due south along a right line to the aforesaid point and again southerly along a right line to North Castor Peak; thence south-easterly to the summit of the range forming the northern watershed of the Ronga and Tunakino Rivers; thence easterly generally along the summit of the said range to Trig. Station B (Editor Hill), the point of commencement, as shown outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 693, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

The Ashburton Electric Power District Boundary Order 1966

PURSUANT to section 5A of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 (as inserted by section 3 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act 1963), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Ashburton Electric power District Boundary Order 1966.
  2. The boundaries of the Ashburton Electric Power District are hereby altered so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Geraldine County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Rangitata River in line with the north-western boundary of Rural Section 36729, Block II, Acland Survey District; the said point being on the boundary of the Ash-burton Electric Power District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1950, page 1999, and proceeding south-westerly to and along the north-western boundary of Rural Section 36729 to and along the middle of Raules Gulley Creek to a point in line with the western boundary of part Rural Section 21844; thence southerly to and along that boundary to the northern boundary of Rural Section 21843; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Rural Sections 21843, 24509, and 25262 to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned Rural Section; thence southerly along the western boundaries of Rural Sec-tions 25262 and 24510 to the middle of Chapmans Creek; thence westerly up the middle of that creek to the eastern boundary of Run 251; thence southerly along that boundary to the southernmost corner of Run 251; thence north-westerly and westerly generally along the south-western boundaries of Runs 251, 303, and 297 and the southern boundaries of Runs 302, and 241 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Forest Creek; thence north-easterly down the middle of that creek to the middle of the Rangitata River; thence south-easterly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
    As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 701, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Boundaries of Inner Area of Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Altered

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
On and from the 1st day of April 1966 the boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the Inner Area the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Manukau City, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 50, D.P. 4436, in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the eastern boundary of that lot to and along the southern boundaries of Lots 38 to 50 inclusive, D.P. 47219, to and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 43624, and along a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 4 to 9 inclusive, D.P. 43624, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 47580, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced to the north-western boundary of Lot 23, D.P. 4436; thence along the north-western and south-western boundaries of that lot and the south-western boundaries of Lots 24, 25, and 26, D.P. 4436, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 17343, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 17343, and along that boundary produced to the southern side of Wey-mouth Road; thence westerly along that southern side to and again southerly generally along the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 25887, to a public street, and along a right line across that street to the northernmost corner of Lot 32, D.P. 16664, and along the eastern boundary of that lot and the northern side of Leabank Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 149, D.P. 48293; thence along the production of the western boundary of that lot to the southern side of Leabank Road and along that southern side to and along the south-western
