Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAIPA COUNTY

SECTIONS 23, 32, and 33, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 529 acres and 4 perches, more or less, S.O. Plans 4958, 8502, and 8544. As shown on plan numbered 103/52 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
